Event Details and Facilities

Gaydon Motor Museum offers a large, single-level event space with flexible options depending on the size of space required. Clear signage will direct visitors to the rear car park and the exhibition area where the event is held.
Each individual pitch includes one 6′ x 2.5′ table.
Public Liability Insurance will be provided. Please note that event management does not insure individual stalls against loss, damage, or theft of any items you bring.
We aim to allow dealer access on the Saturday afternoon prior to the event, and from 7:00am on the day of the event. A maximum of two people per stall are permitted to enter for setup before the fair opens. There are multiple entry points for pitch holders, so delays are not expected. We strongly recommend bringing a barrow or trolley to help move stock and equipment.
Details about the Saturday opening times will be provided before each event.
Free parking for pitch holders will be available once unloading is complete.
A good standard of presentation is expected. Tables must be fully covered with a cloth to the floor, with all packing materials kept out of sight. All items for sale must be clearly labelled and priced. Dealers must use LED lighting only.
Travel kettles and heaters are not permitted.
Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the site.
All stallholders must agree to keep their stand open and trading until the event closes at 3:00pm.
The fair will have its own website and social media pages. We plan to promote the event extensively through flyers, banners, local posters, advertising where appropriate, and multiple social media campaigns.
